Shawna Hoard has always rooted for the underdog. As a Freight Broker Agent, she knows the percentage that's coming off the loads you're booking before you even see them. She decided to use her skills and knowledge to help the little guys get more money, by negotiating directly with the shippers on the Carriers behalf.
